Our path to launch

SafeMentor deliberately starts in small steps. Here is what happens when.

  1. 15 Oct – 30 Nov 2026

    Closed pilot phase

    A small group of parents, invited personally, tests SafeMentor in everyday life. Applications are not possible.

  2. 1 – 31 Dec 2026

    Founding families

    The first paying families use SafeMentor early, at a discount and with a direct line to the developers. Offer valid until 30 November 2026.

  3. From 1 Jan 2027

    Open to everyone

    SafeMentor opens to all families.

Early access

From 1 to 31 December 2026 you use SafeMentor before it opens to everyone on 1 January 2027.

Discounted prices

Founding families pay €4.99 for the 1-month package and €13.99 for the 3-month package. Ordering runs through the Komponentenportal.

Direct line to the developers

No ticket system: your feedback reaches the founders personally and feeds straight into development.

Process

How buying works

Choose a package

You choose the 1-month package (€4.99) or the 3-month package (€13.99).

Order in the Komponentenportal

Ordering and payment run through our Komponentenportal, a separate website with its own terms and privacy notice. There you see price, service and start date before you place a binding order.

Confirmation by email

You receive the order confirmation with the terms and the withdrawal information.

Start on 1 December 2026

Your personal access code arrives by email. Your package term begins on 1 December 2026, regardless of when you ordered.

Register in the parent app

With the access code you create your account and your child's profile.

End of the term

Your package ends automatically: the 1-month package on 31 December 2026, the 3-month package on 28 February 2027. Extensions are only available in regular operation from 1 January 2027.

Early version

SafeMentor is still young at this stage. The scope of features may still change until the launch for everyone.

Full refund

If SafeMentor does not start for founding families as planned on 1 December 2026, we will refund the full amount on request.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in the terms and the withdrawal information.
